Cannot contact courier . Given no confidence from Crazysales as to a resolution for delivery and extremely disappointing that Aramex the courier sent a text message this morning suggesting they tried to deliver package and left calling card .. I can safely say no calling card has been left and trying to contact Aramex you will only receive robots.. I will not use Crazysales again if they use Aramex as the courier.. I've never had a problem with Auspost or Courierspleases, I cannot be any more disappointed with this mornings sms regarding attempts to redeliver parcel and calling card left.. that has definitely not happened!!!!!!

The purchase process was fine.. it's the delivery which was painful as not way of contacting the driver... I was able to track the truck but he seemed to be going around in circles and wasted 3 hours of my day when it kept telling me he was 3 mins away... why is there no way of calling the courier company.. when I did reach out they said 3rd party deliver and no number.. kidding

No or ineffectual technical support. I bought a number of wifi cameras and one did not work with the same app as all the others, despite being same brand. Took weeks of to and fro before they came back with no viable technical solution and then just advised i would be able to return it for a refund, as if this was some special concession. They did not offer to replace with a genuine compatible model, which would be the minimum recompense. Lots of emails about how they are responsive and keen to help, but all amounted to nothing. After dealing with quite a number of large companies now that have very poor support resourcing or demonstrated care in after sales resolution, i have lost patience and am now hammering every one of them publicly, as nothing else seems to ever work.

I bought a cat exercise wheel for $212.00 (with delivery). After many hours one of the boards broke. The size 10 board that has a small wheel attached to it. The screw on the right hand size came through board, this in turn caused the screw on the left hand side to do the same. I emailed crazy sales asking for two new boards (a spare board in case it happens again). I'm happy to pay for one of the boards because it was not my fault it broke. I have not had a return email from crazy sales which I am not happy about. The above money is a lot of money for a pensioner to come up with and I thought the item would be of better quality. If this issue is resolved then I'm happy to leave a review of the whole item. I hope crazy sales can stand by thier product. U N S A T I S F I E D customer.
